Re: Use of the Vineyards Pool

Dear Member of the Vineyards:

The Vineyards Homeowners Association, Inc. board held its monthly meeting July 8, 2019. Several issues were raised about the use of our newly refurbished pool. Issues were:

a. Hours of Operation:

b. Use by non-household guests.

c. Pool furniture.

Feedback is as follows:

The pool is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There’s a possibility the pool will remain open later once the underwater lights have been fixed. Night swimming is not allowed by law unless underwater lighting is operational.

Use by non-household guests. We want all our residents and their guest to use our newly refurbished pool. The word “guest” refers to immediate family members and guests residing in your home. Non-household guests from other neighborhoods are not considered guests for pool use. A resident must remain at all times with their guests due to liability issues.

The pool furniture should be used with care. Currently, there are three broken umbrellas. Replacements have been ordered. The pool service this year is being handled by Signature Pool Services. Our pool has never looked better.

As a reminder, pets are NOT permitted in the pool area. Please place all trash in designated trash bins. Inappropriate language is unacceptable. Anyone using harsh language will be asked to leave.
